Second Commandment • You shall not take the name of the Lord God in vain • empty, useless, false, unreal, and worthless • Use God’s name positively
Sacred Name • Jewish people stopped saying the name Yahweh (I am who is) • Some cultures consider the name of God so sacred and holy that they refuse to say it at all
Blasphemy • To speak of God/something sacred in an irreverent or forbidden matter

Third Commandment • Remember to keep holy the Lord's Day (Sabbath) • Day to honor God • Sunday – Jesus’ resurrection
