Working Group Purpose • The purpose of this working group is to update the project plans, review the team’s project outputs with the Professor, and work on the company’s next deliverables, if time permits • Student teams: Team 1: IT Recruitment CompanyTeam 2: University (SVU) BA 553: Business Process Management

Request • Gather into your project teams • Review the items in your binder so far, including the project plan, identify any questions for the Professor • Review the value chain for your company with the Professor • Review the company’s network of processes with the Professor • Review the company’s approach to process standardization with the Professor • Work on the linking the company’s process and performance metrics, if time permits • Fill in the Hill of Influence and team meeting survey for today’s team meeting BA 553: Business Process Management
