  4. Request • Gather into your project teams • Discuss the company options, and select a company for your project • Once you have selected a company, begin to develop a project plan: a. Review the course project description from session 1, and list the main deliverables to be included in the project report b. Put these into a Gantt chart, along with the dates they are due to be reviewed by the professor c. Discuss the approach for developing the items: • Gather information on location and free times from each team member • Identify whether any of the items is aligned with a team member’s course topic presentation • Use this information to decide whether each item should be developed as a group, or assigned to an individual and reviewed later by the group d. Use this information to indicate responsible names in the Gantt chart, if applicable BA 553: Business Process Management
