  2. Introduction • Provide a guideline to adjust the onloader kicker to prevent the kicker head twist when the sensor flag is collided the cap screw as wrong alignment. Kicker Head Kicker Main Mounting Cap Head Screw Collision Sensor Flag

  3. Onloader Kicker Assembly Guideline 1. Set the 17mm gap between kicker head and kicker mount 2. Use the cap screw (M2X6 LG) to lock the guiding rod. And add the M2 lock nut. 17mm 25mm M2X6 LG M2 LOCK NUT

  4. Onloader Kicker Assembly Guideline 3. Install the sensors on the last mounting holes. Sensor Don’t mount the sensor

  5. Onloader Kicker Assembly Guideline 4. Adjust the sensor flag on the guide rod tail when kicker is extract position. Please make sure the gap at least 3.5mm from sensor flag to main mounting cap screws And use the M2X8 LG cap screw and spring washer to fixed it. M2X8 LG Sensor Flag 3.5mm
