  1. TELplus Project WP7 - Dissemination Led by Eremo srl and TEL Office Second Executive Board Meeting, 27 March 2009, The Hague

Dissemination in practice: • TASK 1 (Eremo) - Dissemination plan in two ‘editions’: Rolling Plan and Final Report to account for all dissemination activities. • TASK 2 (Eremo) -TELplusproject web site - ppt presentation - poster & leaflet • TASK 3 (TEL Office) - Participation in events & meetings - Articles, news, presentations

Work done so far • TELplusproject web site (D7.1) • ppt presentation template (D7.2) • poster & leaflet • Publishable annual progress report (7.3) • Rolling Dissemination Plan (M7.1) • Overall revision of project web site to take on board remarks from first project review • Participation in events, articles written, TEL video presentation, etc. • Circulation of third dissemination questionnaire.

  4. Events planning • Submitted abstract for IFLA Conference. • Support to the planning of TELplus participation in the ECDL 2009 (Corfu, Greece, 27.9-2.10.2009). Joint chairs: Maristella Agosti and Jose Borbinha • Collaboration with WP6 leader on plans for dissemination in Romania and Bulgaria

  5. Partners’ contribution • Promote TELplus & The European Library through events, articles, mailing lists, etc. • Participate in at least one key event in your country between now and end of project. • Keep track of dissemination activities and report to Eremo via the questionnaire!

  6. Futurework& deliverables • D7.4 – Brief publishable Final Report detailing results. (M27) • D7.5 – Final ppt presentation focusing on results (M27) • Information collection for final Dissemination Plan (via questionnaire) • M7.2 – Final Dissemination Report (M27) • Maintenance of project web site • Participation in events as reckoned appropriate.
