Communication Strategies • Target Consumer Demographics • People over weight that can afford exclusive home training • Athletes -require special programs to enhance performance and reduce injury • Seniors - As their body changes their workout needs to be changed to maximize benefits and reduce injuries • Just anyone who would like to live a healthier lifestyle
Cost of Goods • Studio is rented for $ 25/per hour • The studio is fully equipped with the training material needed • Some clients get trained from their home studios, so the expense there would be gas money to drive there
Public Relations • Welcome letters - all clients who sign up will receive a personal letter • Social Events - we plan on holding a neighborhood fun day and Barbeque • Prizes/Awards - we are going to offer prizes for clients are who are working hard for improvements, and awards for The Most Weight Loss, The Most Muscle Gained, etc
Other Promotion • Direct marketing • We plan on using all the social media channels( YouTube, Facebook, Twitter etc) to bring more awareness to our service • Marketing Programs • We plan on holding a free healthy eating seminar at the local fitness center or gym and there we will hand out business cards and flyer's • We are also going to give away gift certificates because they are a great way for our clients to introduce our service to their friends and family
Launch Strategies • We plan in having active Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter pages where we can upload short videos of how the session usually goes • We plan on giving away 15 sessions free of charge; the first 15 people who sign up to anyone of our social media channels will receive one free session • Our facebook page will be designed for our clients or visitors to post their thoughts of how the session was for them
Pricing • Pricing -$60 per person/ private 1 on 1 -$25 per person/ group session ( max 3 people per group) • Competition prices -$45 per person/ single session -$30 per person/ group session ( max 2 people per group) • Cancellation Policies • 24 hours cancellation notice is required, if the client would like to reschedule we will do our best to accommodate their request • 1 cancellation is allowed per customer without charge. Any cancellation after that will result in chare for a session • Sessions will be cancelled if clients are more than 15mins late
Success Metrics • First Year Goals • Sign one new clients every month • Additional year goals • Our goals are to have our clients show their family and friends results • Another goal we have is to retain clients as well as add new ones • Measures of success/failure • We measure success by how many clients we sign and maintain • Success is also measured by clients feeling great and looking great • We measure failure by not getting clients to sign and unsatisfied clients
