FARMESACO FZC (Reg. 17295) For Building Materials, Plastic Products and Industrial Engineering Solutions Underlay Spacers( Rooftile Spacers ) Underlay Spacers are used to maintain distance of stones and tiles from the ground surface, 13mm height and 3.5mm between tiles. The purpose of using this type of spacer is to create special stone or tile floor in or- der to prevent accumulation of water and rain on its surface and guide the water 13mm beneath the surface. The Underlay Spacers( Rooftile Spacers ), may also be used on the roof- tops to prevent damage to the sealed surface. Meanwhile, these spacers are also used to prevent water accumulation in pedestrian crossing areas. Note : Product is available in two designs./ Other sizes can be developed upon request. Instructions to Use The Underlay Spacers are placed under stones and tiles with corners of tiles to meet in the center of the spacer leaving a 3.5mm distance from each other.
