BN Projects Features • CreateStandard Specifications consisting of Sections and Jobs with Standard Tasks for a project and distribute them to Vessels for use. • Send Specifications to Yards for quotations. When a quote is received, compare the quotes and then award the tenderto the selected Yard. • Control Costsby monitoring the cost for the entire project or view costs at Job or Job Details level. • Using the project Overview feature, you can see an overview of all projects for each vessel. You can click on a vessel to view the current projects and status. • The Yard Evaluation feature allows you to view the grading of previously used Yards. This would come in handy when making decisions on Yard selection for a Project. After the completion of a Project, Users can enter details on the Yard’s performance on the all the Jobs. The System will calculate an Average grade based on the individual grades given.

Manage specification • - Vessel Particular • - Term & condition • - Financial Date/Financial end date • - Added 1 new status (completed) • - Insert Section • - Insert Job (Standard job, edit/view) • - Insert Task • - Account code for Job, task code, cost unit • - Right click – copy account to tasks • - Resource – Role with user • Quotation • - Manual update/from excel • - Send excel quotation • - Overall project • - Discount • - Comparison summary report • - View feature ( you can view shortlisted shipyards) • - Award (base on access right) • - Then add new job (supplementary job)

Planner • - Fleet view • - Filter • - Resource (with user) • Progress overview • - New status (completed) • - Completed –exclude cancel tasks • - Comments summary • - Export to excel • Budget / Cost Control • - Budget/remaining budget • - Section tab (cancelled, deferred tasks cost) • - Requisition/PO • - Cost category (to differentiate the budget/actual base on cost category) • - Export to excel • Reports
