  4. The meaning The preposition indicate various relationships between words or phrases. The most usual are time, space (position) and mental or emotional attitudes. I saw him on Monday, in October, at seven o’clock.

  9. Time IN Months: inMarch. Parts of theday: intheevening. Festivals: in Easterweek. Years: in 2013. Seasons: in (the) winter. Centuries:inthe 20th century.
