Booklets as well. • Buddy Program • Group session to cover basics for all new hires (conducted by GM & HR); also department specific-(checklist discussed by department manager) • HR provides organization-wide information. Department managers provide orientation specific to the dept. • I am creating a formal orientation program at this time. • Paper & pencil take-home presentation/exams for HIPAA, ADA, and Blood-born Pathogens training • Video training programs • Videos
