  9. Affordable to everyone –service price only 6 EURper month! 6 EUR – including GSM service, fleet management service and equipment costs (with24 month contract) excluding VAT. Installation costs will be paid separately to the installation service provider. Insurance companies will apply discounts for the users of this service, which is not calculated into 6 EUR price.   10. Discounts for insurance Insurance companies will offer 5-20% discounts for Kasko insurance. Discount size will depend on risk size, which will be calculated from this data: • Kilometers driven per year; • Kilometers driven inside/outside city/town; • Kilometers driven day-time/night-time; • Amount of speed violations; Additional discount could be applied for civil insurance. 10% discount for 1000 EUR insurance would almost cover service costs, making it free. Service differentiation There will be 3 levels of service: • “Basic” – basic fleet management; • “Optimal” - additional alerts and other services; • “Superior” - high priority for security; Each level will provide different package of services. All services will use same hardware, same package from GSM operator (GPRS traffic 25MB, plus 10 SMS per month), additional services will be provided via server configuration. WORLD IN YOUR POCKET

  12. Service price policy “Basic” service price – 6 EUR per month with 24 month contract (excluding VAT). Price structure: • 2 EUR – GSM/GPS equipment (FM4200 or FM1100); • 2 EUR – GSM operator service costs(25 MB GPRS traffic + 10 SMS); • 2 EUR – fleet management service (servers, web application development, 24/7 support); GSM/GPS equipment will be subsidized by Globul. Globul will collect 20% more money from subscribers during the contract period. Installation costs would be paid separately to installation service providers by the customer (there will be many companies in each city, providing this service). Installation will cost 15-25 EUR (0,5 – 1 hour of installation job), depending on vehicle type and services which customer chose. WORLD IN YOUR POCKET

With the GPS-system, and in particular the “Geo fence”-function, which assures vehicles remain in their zones of operation, the buses now operate on a precise schedule, routes and stop at all bus-stops. • Consortium Titan We developed a solution for the Consortium Titan (the company operates in almost all big district cities in BG and in 65% from the territory of the capital Sofia) by which they are able to monitor in real-time the positions of Refuse-collection containers, oars and sprinklers of snow-ploughs. The successful implementation of the system that sends data from GPS –terminals of “Titan” to the server of metropolitan inspectorate, allows the government bodies to monitor every single machine which cleans the city. Main projects completed by WIP • Siemens Bulgaria Due to our GPS system, Siemens Bulgaria has the ability to monitor and control its huge fleet. • Liftcom We created a project for one of the leading elevator repair companies in Bulgaria “Liftcom”, which allows monitoring over the performance of employees, using an integrated barcode system and a PDA device (Could also use barcode readers from mobile phones). This system also allows them to monitor the volume of materials leaving or entering their facilities. WORLD IN YOUR POCKET

  25. Main projects completed by WIP • Emergency call center Integrated system for an Emergency call center for elderly and disabled people. The dispatchers in this center monitor on a special web application the actual position of the monitored citizens, assist, and support them in emergency situations. A communication device (Handheld GPS/personal tracker) given to the citizens will automatically capture the GPS signal, calculate the location and send it to the dispatch center. If there is any treat the citizen can press the alarm button and the device immediately notifies the controller where his position is and whether there is a need of emergency medical assistance. When a citizen sends a distress call the dispatcher can easily send all the necessary information like exact location, blood type, history of illness, age, etc. to the medical unit which has been sent. • Traffic lights System for wireless monitoring of traffic lights in Bulgaria. The target of this system is to send an immediate notification in the event of any malfunction in the traffic lights. WORLD IN YOUR POCKET

The system is only for indoor usage of VIP to provide a real time based navigation from their current position in the building to the destination location in the building.
