to provide teachers and trainers at VET organizations with understanding and competence in diversification of training, based on individual expectations and abilities, and to manage training content for individual learning needs General project objective
After successful completion of the courses developed in the project, teachers and trainers will be able to: Design and deliver e-learning based on individualized scenarios Provide support for online learners Manage small learning segments on the basis of learners’ needs during learning process Find and use innovative technological tools to be used in teaching Build learning segments and transfer them to different learning environments on the basis of teachers’ and institutional needs Prepare personal professional development plan on the basis of self-assessment and competence assessment model On the basis of isomorphism, transfer learning experience into teaching and perform reflective professional activities Project objectives
VET teachers and trainers LLL facilitators Beneficiaries Products are developed for teachers and trainers in: • VET institutions • in labour market training centres • in regional professional training networks • in other education institutions involved in VET (distance education centres, day centres, multipurpose community telecentres, public internet access points)
A survey of teacher and trainer learning strategies and individual learning/ training programs in Partner countries Course curriculum – methodological and technological recommendations for course authors Competence assessment model and guide On-line tools for competence assessment and individualization of learning Project outcomes & products

FENTO professional competence standard European Qualifications Framework Pedagogical model NECOMERER Technological standards and individualized learning course development tools Methodological and technological recommendations for course authors Available at project website http://www.evete.org and in a printed form
Accreditation of competences on the basis of professional competence standard (FENTO) Learning Units for teachers and trainers based on segmentation of competences Competence validation during the learning process Portfolio for teachers and trainers to compile evidence and achievement Contribution to further training of VET teachers and trainers
International certificate to course participants will ensure valorisation of project outputs and motivation of project target group Partnership will present the international certificate for Leonardo da Vinci accreditation Course design tools and results will be used by teachers and trainers themselves for learning design and delivery (for end-users of teaching process) Dissemination /Valorisation
Partnership will test the tools and the learning content to ensure the quality of the project results and will improve them after the testing results The project outputs will be presented for broad audience in order to valorise them in Partner institutions “Exit” scheme will be prepared in order to prepare for international administration of learning process New institutions and countries will be invited to participate in the use of EVETE products on the basis of EVETE Partnership agreement on this valorisation issue The tools and conception of EVETE project might be easily transferred to other sectors and target groups and they will be, when the teachers and trainers will use them in their teaching processes Valorisation of the products in other sectors is also possible using EVETE model and tools, thus ideas and needs are welcome for further discussion Transferability and ideas for further development of the project theme
