From Jan 2009 to April 2009 , due to frequent occurrences of Sheet breaks, it was considered as a major contributor for Lost Time, with 38% shared percentage from the total loss time. • Graphical representation below : • 1.1 will show frequency of Sheet breaks occurrence. • 1.2 will show total duration (accumulated min) of sheet breaks for the specified period of • 4 months Graph 1.1 Graph 1.2

  3. Also, with the occurrence of Sheet breaks, quality of paper is affected. Below are graphs showing rejects and sheet breaks…. As of this point, special causes within these data points have yet to be uncovered and explored to be able to depict integrity of actual correlation and causation from this potential cause and effect relationship. The project seeks to look further into this.
