Emergency Procedures • A Personal Trainer Must… • Know how to access Emergency Medical System (EMS) • Be Certified in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) • Have a working knowledge of First Aid(Instructor feels a certification should be mandatory) • Have a First Aid Kit readily available, Know what is in side, Know how to use the supplies that are inside • Airway Management • Wound Management • Assessing Circulation • Sprains or Fractures
