VI Corp. has technical backgrounds of developing water process equipments over 10 years and currently focus its marketing efforts on working with domestic and oversea sales companies rather than dealing with general customers directly. VI Corp. serves Japan, Central-South America, and North America markets and serves Korean and oversea markets except Japan, Central-South America, and North America.

We are now seeking a sales partner for North American market. Main products for North American market will be Top-ion and Skin-ion. Top-ion is a portable device that converts normal water to alkaline water. Skin-ion is a rechargeable spray type skincare products that has soothing, antibacterial and whitening effects. At first VI Corp. will export completed products to the United States, followed by providing subunits and assembling final products in the Unites States. According to the theory, when partial pressure is 1 bar and temperature is 25°C, a metal pair with less than potential difference of -0.6V can reduce hydrogen ions, when contacts water, at a sufficient rate to be used as alkaline reduced water (Cathode water).

24. 24 Top-ion Product Descriptions Introduction 1 Human Blood Acidity: New born infant's blood acidity is around pH 7.38 and human blood becomes more acid with aging. Hence, it is good for health to drink water with higher than pH 7.38

They just regard purified or clean water as good water for human body. However people living in this era are not satisfied with just clean or pure water. They crave water that eases and cures diseases. One of the most important advantages of alkaline reduced water is that the character involved in giving good effect to human body is in water itself not in minerals or dissolved materials in the water. As we all know that drugs that good for health can be harmful if we overdose them. In contrast, It is not harmful to human body if we drink good water as we wish.

28. 28 Introduction 4  Will it be harmful to drink strong alkaline reduced water? Many people think that drinking strong alkaline water is harmful to human body especially to the stomach. But by carefully examining medical characteristics of stomach acid and pH level of alkaline reduced water, we can conclude that drinking excess alkaline reduced water does not give distinctive harmful effects on human body. In a real laboratory environment, a test was done to change pH level of cell cultivating liquid of pH7. A result showed that mixing one hundred fold of alkalized water gave slight change in the cell cultivating liquid's pH level. Stomach acid has far strong acid pH level than the cell cultivating liquid in that drinking alkaline reduced water does not give significant effects on the pH level of stomach acid.

Measured value of pH10 does not necessarily mean that it will give harmful effects on human body. 30. 30 Introduction 5: How alkaline reduced water affects human diseases? 1) Relieve Constipation Drinking alkaline reduced water will hydrate bowels and improve constipation condition. A patient with kidney problems may also has constipation problem since the patient is usually not allowed to consume adequate amount of water. In this case, if the patient drink enough amount of alkaline reduced water regularly, it will relieve the patient's constipation problem without having edema. Some of the distinctive effects are reduction of the time to defecate, loosening of stools and reduced sensation of a full vowel.

Researchers have shown that the body to maintain functioning of vital organs and blood PH balance will withdraw alkalizing minerals(Ca2+) from the bones and muscles with the resultant bone loss. When your blood become acidic, it is not helpful even to take calcium supplements to cure your osteoporosis because calcium in the supplements will not be used to recover strength of your bones; instead calcium will be mixed with acidic metabolite in blood and forms hardened materials. Furthermore, ground water drinking rats got hypertrophy of the heart and liver. Alkaline reduced water drinking rats had negligible elevation of blood pressure and had minimal increase of the heart and liver sizes.
