Definition • MOBEX ( Mobile Extension ) • Mobile terminal is extended to PBX • can be interoperable with PBX • First local terminal can be extended into Secondary Mobile Phone • Classification of MOBEX User • Standard • Can support basic/supplementary services without interactive operation. • Mobile terminal can only answer. • Executive • Can support basic/supplementary services with interactive operation of Mobile terminal. (DTMF etc) • Mobile terminal can answer and originate.
