  2. The TRX was invented by a former Navy SEAL to help his teammates exercise. His idea has now turned into a multi-million dollar business and created a revolutionary fitness. The TRX is a set of nylon straps that create body weight resistance. Simply lock the straps to any elevated fixture, pull-up bar, door, or tree branch and you can start your training!
