Program Overview • 4 year program • Pre-Clerkship (1st and 2nd year) • Integrated Multidisciplinary Blocks • Clerkship (3rd and 4th year) • The Clinical Years • Rotation through Surgery, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Family Medicine, Ambulatory, Emergency Medicine/Anaesthesiology
What is a“Multidisciplinary block”? • Subdivided by major body systems • Integration of basic and clinical sciences • Organized around a problem of the week • Applied physical diagnostic skills (PSD)
