Pump Stations and Treatment Plant No Major Problems Experienced • Plant Drawings are in NGVD 29 • NOAA Tide Readings are in Feet Above Mean Lower Low Water • NGVD29 is 2.53 Feet Below the NOAA Tide • Need to Know What Datum's are Being Used.
