All material and spirit phenomena have recurrence. Transition from one quality to the other, from old to new is not only endless duplication of the past but also the process including moments inherent for the previous stages. www.ku_bolashak@mail.ru

  6. The second essential feature is transferability from human to human, from community to community, from generation to generation. www.ku_bolashak@mail.ru

  7. The national sport is accumulation of recurrence. It has some secondary and basic elements. Over the time secondary elements disappear but basic ones remain with reformation

  8. The third significant feature of the national sport is stability. The national sport fixes some peculiarities of national psychology, norms, rituals of public behavior and public relations

  9. Stability is based on public relations. Different norms, skills and ideas must be repeated before becoming stable. Stability of the national sport traditions is defined by support of public opinion.

  12. QaragandyBolashak University, Kazakhstan Conclusion: • National sport accumulates social experience of the nation. This experience is transferred from generation to generation. The functions of accumulation and transferring are closely interconnected. • Breaking this mechanism leads to loosing traditions, century experience and national values. www.ku_bolashak@mail.ru
