The main problems for our students • 34% not eating enough but some others have weight problem: 31% There are in diet for weight loss • 53% eating the wrong kinds of food: • 28% have members of their family that require special diets for medical reasons • 51% don’t have five portions of fruit and vegetables every day • 85% have almost a third of your food intake from starchy carbohydrates (bread, cereals, potatoes, rice or pasta)?
The main problems for our students • 44% don’t have breakfast. (They have no time, as they said) • 51% don’t drink at least eight glasses of fluid every day
