Italian Food • Is said to be the “Food Capital of the World” • The features which best describes the food in Italy is the quality and simplicity. • A few ingredients that make the food great is tomatoes, oil, bread, wine, and mozzarella. • Healthiness is what makes Italian food so popular all over the world. Olive oil is used much more than butter and cream.
Italian Food • Bruschetta is a classical traditional food and it is just bread seasoned with garlic, oil, and tomatoes. • Caprese salad is made from buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil that is seasoned with salt and olive oil.
