Making Pyramids • 1)Dig up clay. • 2)Form clay into bricks. • 3)Lay clay in sun for a few weeks. • 4)Make walls , halls , and rooms , with a big room in the middle ( for Pharaoh ). • 5)Dral detailed paintings on walls and decorate rooms. • 6)Build pyramid shape over top (and your done)!
Pharaohs • He was supposedly a god and would use there power to ruin everything if people didn’t follow his every need. • The pharaoh was the “ruler” of Egypt.
Preparing for After Life • The Pharaoh dies. • He is dressed in cultural clothes , or sometimes mummified. • People would place things like money and valuables in his tomb because they thought if he didn’t have them he wouldn’t have them in the after life.
After Life • An after life is the life a Pharaoh has after he dies. • It is believed that the Pharaoh was stronger and more powerful in after life than life.
How to Mummify • 1)Take out blood and organs so the body doesn’t rot. • 2)Wrap the body with cloth.
Here are Some Pictures • These are some pictures form Ancient Egypt! The paintings are from Ancient Egyptian writing . The hall is part of the pyramids . The crown and cross are sculptures . The head is a Pharos head . The other ones are two different sunsets on the pyramids .
