  5. Naviance & Transcripts • FINAL transcripts will be mailed to you in a large envelope which includes: • A sealed official transcript (Do not open! Please send this to the college you are attending) • An unofficial transcript for your records • Your diploma • All colleges that your student applies to should be in Naviance • Students need to indicate if they are applying early decision, early action or regular decision • Once they have applied, they need to indicate that they have applied. • Input admissions decisions into Naviance (Accepted, Denied, Waitlisted, Deferred). • If they have a college on “Colleges I’m Applying To” list and then decide not to apply, please have them remove the college from list.

Credit Retrieval & Online Courses • Credit Retrieval: • New policy for credit retrieval! • We have a new class offered after school for credit retrieval • If your student needs to make up credit please have them speak to their counselor • First Time Credit: • New policy for online courses, if your student wants to take a class online they will need principal approval first

  8. High School & Beyond Plan • Graduation requirement…this will be complete once students have • Turned in a Brag sheet or Resume • Complete all tasks under “Important To-Dos and Tasks” in Naviance • Completed the Senior Exit Survey on Naviance
