District Matiari Back Site 1 Site 2 Site 1 Site 2 Site 3 • Key findings; • Crops under flood plain were damaged • River water did not breach the embankment • Sindh irrigation department camp site were there at site 1 and site 2. • Doctors and health care staff were present for emergency situation • The amount of water at Site-2 is 1.8 cusecs • At Site-3 the amount of water is 1.6 cusecs Site 1 Site 2 Site 3
District NaushahroFeroze Back Site 1 Site 7 Site 7 Site 3 • Key findings; • River water did not breach the embankment • The Road from Moro to Dadu is serving as embankment that retain water to Northern side of the road (Site 8) • Here the people are aware of flood situation and no major damage occur to the crops • Once the flood water recedes they use the land for cultivation Site 4 Site 8 Site 5 Site 8
District ShahdadKot Site 4 Site 8 Site 5 Site 10 • Key findings; • The area is mapped as inundated area through flood water • Field survey reveals that the area receives water from hill torrents • Secondly, the area is mostly water logged and saline • Thirdly, the rain water stagnates • The area also contains lakes (Site 5) and fish ponds Site 5 Site 11 Site 9 Site 12

District Sukkur Back Site 3 Site 1 Site 2 – Pre Flood Site 1 Site 2 Site 1 Site 2 – Post Flood • Key findings; • Crops under flood plain were damaged • River water did not breach the embankment • All the damaged occur within flood plain • Water level ranged from 4 to 6.4 cusecs • Doctors and health care staff were present for emergency situation • Inundation is more at left bank of River Indus Site 1 Site 3 Site 1 Site 3
