This Weeks’ Events • Monday, October 12, 2009: No School Parent Teacher Conference Day. • Tuesday, October 13, 2009: Unit Shirts, After School stay backs for drill and athletic teams. • Wednesday, October 14, 2009: Uniform Day, PSAT Day. • Thursday, October 15, 2009: Unit Shirts Early Release.
Naval Terminology • Aye, Aye (Sir/ Ma’am): I’ve heard the order, I understand it, and, it will be carried out. • Colors: National Flag(raising/ lowering).
Uniform Regulations • Aiguillette: • Awarded for Military and Academic Achievements. • May be worn on the Service Dress Blue, Summer Blue, and, Winter Blue Uniform. • No more than one Aiguillette may be worn on each shoulder. • Leadership Academy Aiguillette is only authorized to be worn on the right shoulder.
Drill General Commands: • “As you were:” Command cancels a movement or order started, but not completed. • At this command, cadets should resume their former position. • Alignment: Maintained toward the right. • Except with the commands guide left and guide center until the command guide right is given.
