Field Name: Food Item Data Type: Text Field Size: 25 The data type for food item is text because it’s a word and I chose a field size of 25 because I don’t think there would be an item of food with over 25 characters.
Field Name: Group Data Type: Text Field Size: 2 The data type was text because I would be writing a code with letters. I chose 2 for the field size as each code had 2 letters and no more. For the validation rule I had to type out each of the codes so people can’t type in any other codes into the database.
