  2. About Find Your Balance, LLC Lindsay is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I've experience working in both college counseling and private practice, and has treated a wide variety of concerns, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, anger, posttraumatic stress, grief and loss, obsessive thinking/behaviors, abuse, ADD/ADHD, life transitions, eating disorders, sexual abuse, spiritual issues, issues with self-esteem and identity, and general feelings of misdirection, lack of hope, or lack of purpose. Lindsay also enjoys working with LGBTQ clients and is a staunch advocate of human equality.
