  2. Games /sports /toys France hosted and won the 1998 World Cup (the world’s most popular event). Kids play soccer, tennis, or another game called petanque. The Tour de France is a famous bicycling race that’s held every July.
  3. Transportation People travel by car, bus, or train. One of the world’s fastest trains is in France. It’s called TGV (or high speed train). There’s also a train which goes underwater! It goes between London and France (a sea runs over it).
  4. Food The French think food must not just taste good, but also look great! Kids in France love a pastry for breakfast. Bread is served with every meal. France is very famous for cheese.
  5. France Facts France has many landmarks. As all of you know, the Eiffel Tower is one of them. It was built for the French Revolution. The Louvre is a museum. It is the largest art museum in the world!
