  4. Session comparison by Content Observations: 1) Picking in cotton has increased & CVC has decreased. Need cotton product in 699/- MRP as well as this price point is main attraction in PE shirt category. 2) we should continue offering different blends to make up any shortfall in order.

  5. Session comparison by Category Observations: 1) as its clearly seen that picking in checks & plains has reduced drastically, we must offer more stripes & strategic check designs with a blend of dobby to break the monotony.

  6. Session comparison by MRP Observations : 1) increase SKU in 549 & 699 MRP. As PE brand is mainly accepted in these two price bracket 2) 649 & 749 MRP bracket is actually not giving much value thus, need to offer less SKU.

  7. Session comparison Monthly Observations: 1) May being EOSS month, picking has decreased over LY. 2) To cover up may down fall, we must offer Jan/Feb together for a better depth
