Composter • 2 years to get from design to operational • Labour intensive • Over 60% of our organic waste does not leave site
Water, waste, and electricity Monitor against baselines Challenges: Switched power suppliers at a cost saving of $25k Power consumption is on the rise due to new buildings Carbon emission grew as a result of composting (+23 tonnes but reduced need for trucks to dispose of rubbish and landfill) Measure & Monitor
