Email Distribution List There are two methods that the System Office uses to communicate information to the community colleges.Below are the instructions for adding staff to these lists. • CC Email Distribution List • This list is populated at the local level; not at the System Office. Each college determines who and how many staff can be on the list. Additionally, the local level is responsible for updating, adding, and/or deleting names. Please contact your local college IT email administrator for further instructions. • Program-Specific Primary Contact • These list are populated at the System Office. The primary contact person identified on this list will be notified if specific college information is needed. This list will be populated with only one name per college. We rely on the college to inform us when we need to update these list.
