As services and support in a deployment area increase, the testing, handling, quality control and shipping requirements may change. Therefore it is imperative that: • Active component units maintain contact with their home ASAP and share information with attached or subordinate activated units • Activated units contact their higher headquarters for guidance and POCs and then establish communication with their supporting ASAP
