Posture: • Sit up right but not too stiffly in your chair. • Don’t sit on the edge of your chair.
About your hands: 1- rest them. 2- keep them away from your face. 3- don’t touch your nose or your lips. 4- don’t hold your hand behind your head. 5- don’t fold your arms across your chest.
About your legs: 1- Cross your legs at the ankles or place both feet flat on the floor 2- don’t make a lot of leg movement.
Eye Contact: • Direct eye contact. • Don’t staring your eyes and move your head comfortably. • Raise your head and make regular eye contact when you are speaking or when you answer a question. • Don’t make eye contact makes the interviewer feel disconnected from you.
Voice delivery: • Speak in a clear and controlled voice. • Breath and pause before answering the question. • Ensure that your voice tone is not defensive. • It is advisable not to show too much or too strong emotion.
