In this Study of J.J. Kabara:. it was demonstrated that Monoglycerides of Capric Acid have a strong antibacteric action against Streptococcus and Stafilococcus Aureus. Monoglycerides Capric Acid (Monocaprin) resulted to be stronger than the Capric Acid against a.m. bacteria.
