  7. WECC-0076 Negative Votes • Overview • 13 “No” votes • 4 = Should be Guideline • 4 = Should be Regional Business Practice • 4 = Too restrictive on scheduling practices • 1= Requirements conflict with narrative guidance

  8. Request for Approval RBP • Motion to accept WECC-0076, INT-003-WECC-RBP-2, Interchange Prescheduling Regional Business Practice as presented, and retire its predecessor, INT-003-WECC-CRT-1, Interchange Prescheduling Criterion.

WECC-0065 Negative Votes RBP • Overview • The Applicable Entities are inaccurate • ‘UFLS Entities” should be changed to entities responsible for operation and/or control of the UFLS equipment. • The Applicable Facilities is too inclusive • Should have an exclusion for smaller entities • The reporting requirements apply to the inaccurate entity • Should apply to the UFLS Program owners, not UFLS Entities • Requirements are ambiguous and needs clarification / footnotes • May conflict with NERC PRC-006 • May take generation off line needlessly
