  3. And in 2003-04 • Electronic membership registration workshop • Recommendations presented to the Council • Detailed analysis and specifications • Early 2004 programming began • LionsOffice went live 9 months later • A baby was born 

Council – Requirements • It must be an advantage for the members and MD106 HQ to use LionsOffice • Less Administration – More Lions • No member loss due to LionsOffice • The security system must be carefully prepared • To succeed, the project requires 100% support from the Organization (CC, DG, Chairmen etc.)
