D skal FUNK’e!! • Avtale mellom KS og IN nasjonalt. • Finnmark har utviklet et program med samarbeidspartnere i RUP, oppstart jan 2011. • Initierer samarbeid med 3-5 kommuner i første omgang. • Hensikten er å styrke resultatgraden av offentlig næringsstøtte (1kr skal utløse 3 kr i privat verdiskaping)

  3. Aktiviteter: • Faste arbeidsdager i samarbeidskommunene med • kundemøter, • Kompetansetilbud lokalt fra inn- og utland • og ikke minst forpliktende utviklingsprosesser sammen med kunder. Forutsetter: • Klare ansvarsforhold i kundeprosesser • Tidlig forventningsavklaring til IN og kommune • Kvartalsvise statusmøter etter PLP system
