  1. Memorial Union Radio Etiquette

  2. Memorial Union Radio Etiquette Two-way radios are communications tools governed by the Federal Communications Commission, licensed for use and control by the authorized channel user. That’s us, the staff of the Memorial Union and any others authorized to borrow these very handy tools. The following information is provided in the attempt to guide all parties in the use of radios while employed by the Memorial Union.

  3. Memorial Union Radio Etiquette YOU ARE NOT ALONE. EVERYONE IN RANGE OF A RADIO CLIPPED TO A BELT CAN HEAR YOU. So DON’T say things like: “Hey Karen, there is sh!t all over the walls in the Basement!”

  4. DON’T • SWEAR • Shout in the Radio • Max the Volume • Abuse the Antenna • Transmit Too Long • Lose the Radio
