Introduction • I, in particular, am interested in the Video Game Design field of this career path • Graphic design can cover may different fields of career • From Magazine and book designs to video game design and such things • Most, if not all,career paths using graphic design need some form of skill with a computer

  3. Skill Sets • People who pursue Graphic Design will need some form of skill with a computer • Also, most of them may need to have some form of artistic skill • They will also need to be familiar with how computers and designing software

  4. Interests and Hobbies • Could be used to study and improve • Interests that could be helpful • Video Games • Art • Reading

  5. Education and Training • Most Graphic Designers need a two or four year degree • Mostly only available at tech colleges or universities • Training • Only need to know how to use the designing program

  6. Working • Who would hire Graphic Designers? • Video Game Companies • Advertising departments of companies • Why? • To create and bring life to the game • To create appealing ads for the populous
