  3. LOCAL AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES • Review certified payrolls records (Streamlined Measures) • Conduct employee interviews • Take actions to correct labor standards concerns • Obtain verification of apprenticeship registration • Refer complex investigations to HUD, and • Submit required reports
