  2. Please use 3:4 aspect ratio slides only, converting wider formats to 3:4 may cause distortion of text and images.On the first slide of your slideshow please indicate the following information:1. Your student ID number (do not include your name)2. Your year in school (Freshman / Sophomore / Junior / Senior)3. The number of credits you have completed in studio art4. Whether you are a Previously Awarded Applicant or a New Applicant (meaning you have not received an award from this scholarship before)Following that information, you should have 12 works (for new applicants or 6 works (for previously awarded applicants). Include only one work per slide. You may include 1 detail for each work (on a separate slide) but only when necessary (it is recommended that you not include a detail for every work)
