  1. Parent Portal • Hand out userid and password • Login to NSA website and press the PowerSchool Parent Portal link on left tab • First time set up . • You can see – grades, attendance, comments, maybe upcoming assignments – (those are on my web site) • You can set up email to get grades without signing in • Please allow two weeks for grades to be entered • Please let us know if you do not have Internet access.

  3. Add Your Students Put in information for all your students

  4. View Attendance and Grades Class schedule and teacher email Attendance grey box means school not in session Current grade in each class

  5. Look at Individual Class Work Click on class average to get here. If blue, click to view teacher note to parent

  6. View Attendance Detail Dots indicate class is not in session

  7. Set Up Email Notification
