  3. WASTE DETERMINATION ADEM regulations require waste generators to determine if their waste is hazardous waste and to ensure that the waste is managed properly based on that determination.

  4. WASTE DETERMINATION Even though waste management companies may offer to perform or assist you with your waste determination, the waste generator has the ultimate responsibility.
