Key Events of 2002/3 • Jan - March 2002 :Task Force drafts the Articles of Association. • 14th March : EASEE-gas is legally founded • April : Initial Working Groups are established • - Rules are drafted. • 30th/31st October : Report to Madrid Forum • 4th December : 2nd GMoM & workshop. • January/February 2003: Nominations & votes for Exec Committee. • 19th February : Update to Madrid Forum Joint Working Group. • 6th March : 3rd GMoM and election of 1st Exec Committee Members. • 24th April : hired General Manager

EASEE-gas • Provides a platform for discussion • Voluntarism is better than regulation • The US example shows it works • Europe may prove a bit harder
