  11. Xitracs User Id The User ID is the same as your TSU user name/ the prefix of your email address.

  12. Xitracs Password The Password was provided during the training session. If you forgot your password please send an email to tsudata@tsu.edu to request that it be reset.

  13. Planning Module (make sure these tabs are selected) After you log in, make sure you have the tabs selected above as indicated by the arrows.

  14. Xitracs Planning Module The assessment plans assigned to you will appear here.

  15. Xitracs Planning Module To paste your COMPLETED/FINALIZED assessment plan into Xitracs click the “Edit” link here.

  16. Xitracs Planning Module Note: The template includes the capability to input 5 Goals. If you do not have 5 Goals, merely leave the remaining goals empty.

  17. Xitracs Planning Module This refers to Goal1 as indicated by the circle. Click in Fields column as indicated by arrow to begin inputting plan.

  18. Xitracs Planning Module The circle shows which Goal you are inputting. Click “Edit” as indicated by arrow to open the pop up box.

  19. Xitracs Planning Module This screen will appear. Simply paste your respective Goal in the box available and click “Ok”.

  20. Xitracs Planning Module All Outcomes/Objectives that correspond with the respective Goal will be pasted into the SLO window as indicated by the circle. Click “Edit” as indicated by arrow to open the pop up box.

  21. Xitracs Planning Module Paste ALL Outcomes/Objectives for the respective Goal as shown below & click “Ok”. Repeat this process for the Metric that follows in the next section.

  22. Xitracs Planning Module To add a file in the available section, click the “Add a file” link as indicated by the arrow.

  23. Xitracs Planning Module Click the “Browse” button to retrieve the saved file from your computer. Select the file & click “Ok”.

  24. Xitracs Planning Module Make sure you enter all of the following content for Goal 1. • Goals • Student Learning Outcomes/Objectives • Metric • Target • Findings • Action Plan • Reference Document

  25. Xitracs Planning Module After you have entered all content for Goal 1. Scroll up to the top of the page and click “Plan” as indicated by the arrow.

  26. Xitracs Planning Module This screen will appear. You are now ready to enter the content for Goal 2. Repeat the steps as detailed previously for Goal 1.
