  1. Die EU der 27: Rumänien und Bulgarien in der Diskussion. Rumänien und Bulgarien sind seit dem 1. Januar 2007 Mitglied der Europäischen Union. Auswirkungen für die beiden Länder einerseits und der EU andererseits werden kontrovers diskutiert. An diesem Abend wird Dr. Reimer Wulff, Vorsitzender der Europa-Union Marburg und Lehrbeauftragter für Internationale Politik an der Universität Marburg, einen mit persönlichen Erlebnissen gespickten Einblick in komplexe Zusammenhänge geben.
