  3. Ledger document management • Now we can attach all the documents relating to a particular ledger or account directly in Tally.ERP 9. Like we can attach below document in our TDS Ledger • PAN registration • TAN Registration • And so on……………. • Like ledger we can attach various related document to a voucher or entry. Like for a machinery purchase entry we can attach • Quotation • Purchase order • Transport Slips • And so on…… Voucher document management

Easy document printing • We can attach single document as well as multiple documents for ledgers and vouchers. It needed like for a sales voucher we have to attach Quotation , Sales Order form . Single & multi document attachment

Option to allow & disallow below things given • Attach filed to ledger or voucher • Mail documents • See document relating to ledgers & groups User wise security • A user can view document relating to a particular ledger or a group of ledger. Suppose we are searching for Excise registration paper along with some other tax related doc then we can go for group wise doc view and can select group as “Duties & Taxes” Ledger wise & group wise doc view

  8. Manage Physical location of files • No need to search file & folders just open Tally.ERP 9 and it will show the physical location of file go and pick them from slaves . It saves your so much time
