Max’s Pizza Taste Test • Who: Ellsworth Hills Students • What: Taste low sodium, whole grain pizzas • When: Monday, Oct. 3, 2011 • Where: Cafeteria
Why? • The USDA is requiring schools to reduce the sodium content in foods • Food venders now have low sodium options that could replace the current menu options • We want the students to determine what tastes best before putting it on the menu
Three Choices • Students were able to try: • WG Stuffed Crust Turkey Pepperoni Pizza • WG Cheese Pizza • WG Turkey Pepperoni Pizza
