  3. Currently • Single fixture for each part and drill bushing for each hole • Inefficient • Expensive • Time consuming • Requires a large amount of space • Multiple fixtures and bushing • Obsolete over time • New fixtures must be created for new parts

  4. The Solution • Universal fixture • Reusable • Adaptable to all seat back panel geometries and hole locations • Less expensive • Allows for more efficient drilling • Quickly and accurately locates holes • Reduces operation time
